These guys are fantastic. Came here when I was pregnant and they were so accommodating, friendly and skilled. Returned with my friend and 15 month old baby and the ladies here happily swept my bub up and amused him for an hour while I got a fantastic massage. Beyond love these guys here, the massages are great, always a great pressure and the environment is comforting and calm. Prices are ridiculously reasonable and the service here is just the absolute best. They are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel so comfortable. My friend hasn't stopped raving about them either!Absolutely love these guys, can not recommend highly enough!

I wish I didn't have to leave this review because I'm not one to complain but this was a truly a bad experience. My partner and I went in for neck, back and shoulders. We had no back pain or problems just looking for a standard massage. I had a woman and he had a male. Both were so incredibly rough, our massages were painful and an hour later our backs are still tight, stiff and sore. My lady did a deep massage over the same knot for several minutes which was very painful causing the rest of my back to tense and knot up. Neither of them worked us slowly into it they just begun grinding the tips of their elbows down into our backs only on our knots. We have gotten massages many times even therapeutic ones to relieve knots but nothing has ever felt like this experience. My lady was using the bones in my shoulder blade to break up my knot which caused a shot of pain down my left arm which is still aching as I type this. Something went seriously wrong massages always make us feel relaxed even if they get rid of our knots. Worst of all my boyfriends guy didn't even start 10 minutes after my lady did and yet we both finished at the same time. So we both paid for 30mins and he got 20. They were very busy so I think they were just rushing. I will definitely have bruises tomorrow.

Such a good experience here. Had a massage and ear candling on their recommendation and my headache was gone almost instantly. Will definitely be back.

Asked for a 30minute massage, paid $40. Lady said I have to have accupuntre to feel better So I agrees. When I left was told to pay another $40.. next time you want to double the cost of a service explain it to the customer first! Will not return.

I’ve had many terrible massages at other locations and I usually don’t complain afterwards, but this was appalling. I asked if I could come in for a neck, back, shoulder for 60 mins at 12pm today. The guy asked if I could do 12:30 instead but I said I couldn’t and said I would leave it. He then persisted that I come in at 12, so I did.I came in and he started the massage as per usual, with the towel over me. I’m thinking, like when’s he going to use the oil? Because time feels like it’s taking forever. The massage was also barely a massage, I wouldn’t even call it that. He aggressively just rocked me back and forth like a rolling pin and poked me quickly in different places ( not the usual poking you’d get in a massage, I mean ACTUALLY just a quick poke ). My 5 year old could’ve done that for me. Half way through he left to do acupuncture on another client and I got a different Male in to complete it. He was great, I wasn’t complaining, but still, only over the towel. I have never had that before. Every single other time I’ve ever gone in for a massage, even at this location, it involved oil after the first say, 10 mins?I then had to cough up $90 for it. I’m appauled and actually feel robbed of my money. If I knew that’s what I was getting I would’ve done as I said in the beginning and left it.

Mark is amazing! I went in with a super sore neck and shoulders. He knew exactly what muscles needed to be worked and at what pressure in order to relief the pain I was experiencing.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. Terrible experience! Went in for acupuncture / massage - 60 minutes. After terrible acupuncture that left me feeling worse then I started, the massage therapist went next door and fell asleep. He proceeded to snore so loudly it was unbelievable! Sounded like a pug. After being woken by another worker he came back to give me the worst massage I’ve ever received. Could have had better from a toddler. He was rubbing his big gut and genitles on the back of my head and elbows. I will NEVER go back!

The lady listened to what I needed in terms of pressure and that I preferred a female masseuse as well. The rooms are simplyLit with Minimal noise which is great. There is space underneath the bed to store your personal items safely. Located inside cranebrook village there is plenty of free parking outside

Making this my local. Very professional experienced massage staff. Highly recommend. Beware Sunday’s are very busy and you may have to wait but it’s defiantly worth the wait. They do traditional cupping and acupuncture that I will try next time.
