Bruna Alberti is highly unprofessional. She negotiated with sub-letters behind the tenants back about renewing a lease under the sub-letters name to ensure the tenant would not be involved with the lease renewal even though the sub-letters had fabricated their story. She then fabricated a story to the tenant saying that a family member of the owner of the home with Dementia would be moving in. She then assisted the sub-letters to move back in secretly. Very strange and unprofessional for a real estate agent.

Gina managed my property for a couple of years and she was always positive, friendly and solution focussed. It was a weight off my mind to know that the property was being managed effectively and efficiently and if an issue arose Gina would contact me straightaway and find a solution. The Professionals have a great team of tradespeople to call on. Recently I sold the property and Raz was my sales agent. He managed the process smoothly and found a good buyer for me.
