EXCEPTIONALI͏ don't think I would have got the same result if I didn't have John onboard.His professionalism, knowledge and plan was precise and well executed!He asked me what I thought and expected, he then gave his advice and asked what I thought.....we worked together and I truly appreciated the many hours he spent with me discussing all aspects of the sale.He was polite and friendly not only to me but to the buyers.A very respectful and genuine man.I would have no hesitation in recommending John to anyone.....I have already forwarded his information onto family and friends and others in the Complex.I can not praise John McTavish enough!!
