Sent 2 orders in the space of a few hours. Ticked the box to wait for seeds if they are not in stock and not accept a similar/substitute seed as I wanted some unusual seeds. Was charged for both and all included in same postage…..so far so good. Only the seeds from the first order arrived. The seeds from the second order never did. About $40 worth of seeds. Waited until march this year…about 5 months after the initial order and decided to contact green harvest. I was sent an email by the manager who assured me they do not make mistakes and that it was I who had lost the seeds. Funny thing is I still have all the seeds from the first order. How did I lose only the second order of seeds when they were apparently combined in the same post? Poor customer service. Not man enough to contact me in person.Invoice says Our aim is to make every order perfect but sometimes we make mistakes. If you have any problem what-so-ever please give us the opportunity to fix it."( I also waited this long because we undertook major excavations around our house so planting was not an option. That's also why I still have all the seeds that were sent to me. The first order only!)I am disappointed with the business etiquette of this company. They were not interested in fixing anything!"

This is the first time I have ordered from Green Harvest. Placed my order late Thursday night for some seed potatoes and grow bags and they arrived early Saturday morning. The grow bags look to be excellent quality. I’m very excited to grow the 2 potato varieties I bought.

My first order has just arrived. The elephant garlic was perfectly packed and the included information excellent. Highly recommended.

what an interesting shop. A nice vibe. Easy parking, surrounded by their own exquisite gardens. looks like they practice what they preach. I am glad that they now have plants for sale. they have an extensive organic seed catalogue as well as handy gear for the organic gardener. great service too.

We have been purchasing our seeds from Green Harvest for over 10 years now!Still the same excellent high quality seeds that always have over at least 95% germination rate, Fantastic customer service and fast delivery! The Monaro Purple and Oriental Purple seed garlic we bought 5 years ago produces bulbs that are continually 75 - 80mm across and taste superb!Thanks heaps!Sam

I ordered some of the garden tools, the Hori Hori knife broke in half using it the first weekend. After numerous emails, photos to prove it was broken, I even offered to send it back. When I requested a refund because the product was junk, (by the way only a mild steel tool that BROKE IN HALF). They could not understand I quote not sure why you want a refund

I love love love Green Harvest. Great range of seeds and products with very competitive prices. I am always looking for an excuse to buy “just one more” seed type! I order every 1-3 months. But what sets them apart is the service - orders arrive the next day which blows my mind. Amazing service and can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s also a pleasant day trip to visit the beautiful shop and garden. GH walks the talk in terms of sustainability and organic living.
