Visiting from Melbourne and on our last night the car alternator failed on us. Saturday morning and I took in the car expecting the worst in terms of being able to get back home the same day. Glenn and the service team went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road at midday. Professional and understanding, I would happily have my car serviced again at the Toyota Healesville.

Excellent customer service, everything from the finance, to setting up insurance, to the trade in of my old car was made really easy and explained thoroughly by Calista, and James worked with me to give me a good deal for the car, and to top it all off they gave me a fair price for my trade in. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and would definitely recommend this dealership in the future.
