No one wants to take a counter order. That cost me an extra 10 minutes. The ordering machines are tedious & I was silly enough to select pay at the counter. I didn't see anything that told me the order wasn't recorded at the counter until I went & paid. I ended up waiting without any of the staff knowing why. The printers never seem to work on the ordering machines, so maybe a receipt would have told me that.

Wear your hair nets properly please! Every time I come here there is always a piece of hair in my burger. I'm not a fan of picking out the hair out from my mouth!

Complete disaster, food was dried and hard. Manager on duty refused to replace a spilt no sugar coke. Half of the tables were full of food wrapping and no customers keeping staff occupied. Dirty place to eat. Go to Noble Park or Clayton stores. They care about their customers. The Managers boyfriend abused me for parking in disabled spot with a disabled permit on my windscreen.

I ordered 2 small quarter pounder meals for $9 as part of the maccas 30 day deals.I wanted vanilla coke but that was unavailable so I was offered normal coke. At that stage, I'm quite used to Mcdonalds running out of items so I was fine about it.While I was waiting for my order, a man came up to the counter with a cheeseburger that had no meat inside it as well. The customer was really lax about it and laughed it off while a staff member apologised and went to get it remade.I was curious as to why there was only one staff member making the orders for both drive-thru and for dining in.Excuse my potentially poor perception of HR management as I don't know what was going on at this store. Who knows, someone could've been injured hence being understaffed.Unfortunately, both the burgers I ordered were missing onions and I didn't realise this until I got home. I feel terrible about this because the onions were what I was looking forward to in a quarter pounder. I basically just had a medium sized cheese burger that didn't feel worth my money .I don't have the energy to travel 10 minutes to get onions of the burgers so I'm writing this review at the comfort of my own home to make myself feel better about it.A positive take-away is that the one blonde girl behind the counter dealt with all of the issues quickly and apologised repeatedly. Poor girl!I am not blaming anyone in this review as I am simply expressing my disappointment with the food.

The food wasn't too bad but... when you tell the shift manager that the toilets are disgusting and not usable, she does nothing about it for the 45 minutes we were there. Instead, we saw staff standing around doing nothing.

Just came through drive thru and as a former employee. Asked for a triple cheese no pickle steam bun my food was stale the 4;1 shouldn’t have been served it looked and felt like it had been sitting in there all night!

Did not call my number, did not do my order, had no idea about my order when asked 15 minutes later, despite there is only four customers instore.Another customer only had 2 Hash Brown and had to wait for 13 minutes before he frustratingly queried and got his order and done in 20 seconds.Managers just stand there making circles, having no idea what to do, picking up a piece of paper here, bag there, no logistics at all, no training, no brain juice.And there is no paper in the toilet.This place deserves 0 stars and all refund, as I have done aftee waiting 29 minutes with fries still have not being cooked yet.

Great place to go on a Friday at the car meet. However, Thier customer service is not great. Ordered a coffee on a self serve machine and the card reader is never working. When I go to the counter to pay I will always stand there for at least 5 minutes before anyone even realises I'm there because they're always too busy having a chat in the kitchen.In addition to the bad customer service, they advertise that they are open 24hrs but they lock the doors on a Friday at 10pm and close the drive-thru by 11pm.

A modern Mc Donald's which offers a great little play centre for children, next to a eating section.The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional.
