We had the pleasure of having Harrison manage our property from getting tennants through to end of lease. Harrison really showed his caring and understanding of the property management industry on many occasions.Everything he said he would do, he did and if something needed following up, he followed up until completion. Even after the lease ended and there were repairs and maintenance required, he worked tirelessly to achieve a great outcome for us as well as asking us for our input along the way.I love the fact that Evoak Property Management is focused solely on the management of properties rather than splitting their time between sales and rental management. It really made a massive difference to how our property was managed as I have had a property managed in the last by a big real estate agency and received mediocre service from them.

Evoak team is exceptionally easy to deal with. They answer all questions and requests regarding the properties they manage. They are very attentive, and never had any issue with them since we moved in one of their rentals 2 years ago.
