Beyond hopeless here! If your having blood test or anything that’s of any importance do not come to this centre.Untrained, unable to read. Three time my partner had bloods done, all wrong.Don’t go to this centre if your having any value for your medicalInformation forwarding to another practice use.

My 6 years old daughter need a blood test done after discharge from hospital with horrific needle phobia, blood test nurse Errolyne is wonderful, she is very patience with full of understanding, tried to let my daughter not to scare needle as she understood its importance for her mental health as well. My daughter was able to did it and smile when she leaving as Errolyne gave her a lovely balloon with her cutie drawing. Thanks a lot and highly recommended for blood test.

Terrible service. Don't follow up with patient requests and prescriptions. Practice manager Jan passes the buck and takes no responsibility for the lack of patient care and follow ups. Had a patient discharged from hospital and couldnt get a single doctor to co-operate with supply of medication and return calls. The elderly man booked and paid for a visit with Dr Ho and she refused to supply scripts which were given to this man on his hospital discharge summary. Avoid going to this practice. They lack empathy, care and accountability.

Always great service at this clinic. Lovely doctors. I have never had an issue in the 12 years I have been going. The lead doctor is Dr Yun Teoh and he is one of the kindest and most thorough Doctors I have ever met with excellent attention to detail. I would recommend booking with him if you can. I think he owns the practice but I could be wrong.

Their Booking Form does not mention any consultation fees. Moreover the receptionists don't mention any fees during checking in too. And then the practice argues with patients instead of updating the process. Not recommended at all.

If I could give this practice no stars, I wound. I came here trying to get a mental health plan and was completely rejected by one doctor, and while waiting to give results to another doctor, have him shut the door ignoring me (twice) telling me to “come back tomorrow”. People talk about how people should not be afraid to get help, and this is the experience we get. Absolutely disgusting treatment!!

waiting times are horrible, but I would highly recommend doctor minu because she listens really well to all of your problems and gives you a ton of referrals. though extreme, super helpful to get all the measures. i like the artwork on the walls too.

I've been a patient for four years and sadly cannot recommend, Ive found the care very transactional with little oversight for my overall health. Ive needed to push the doctors to dig deeper into underlying issues and feel like every time I come I'm a new patient, reminding the same doctors of my history which is written in front of them. Great if you need a quick script or vaccine, not so good if you are looking for somewhere to partner with your family and have oversight and a deep understanding and care of your medical history.

I could not recommend Crows Nest Medical Practice enough. My doctor Susan Ridley is incredibly compassionate and understanding and I’ve never had a doctor who has made me feel so seen and heard. The team there always go above and beyond and I’m incredibly grateful to have them supporting me to get better. Thank you all of you for being such a blessing
