Vegan Perfection

It's amazing to finally have a vegan food wholesale shop this side of Melbourne. I will definitely be back.

First ordered a year or so back and had a few issues with poor service, have ordered several times since and always received order quick and fresh/ or still frozen. Happy with products as cheaper for me to buy postage than buying local. Will continue buying as has a good range of products.

I would like to say my very first encounter via phone & at the warehouse was exceptional during the week & today! So inviting and extremely knowledgeable on products and options. The quality of the vegan cheeses exceeded my expectation. I am extremely happy and excited to have found you through researching suppliers online. Absolute well deserved 5 star rating every step of the way! I’m looking forward to our next order(s) thanks again!

**EDIT**Originally I gave Vegan Perfection a 1 star for the reason below.However, they have responded exceptionally well to my first disappointing impression of trying to shop at their outlet and have amazed me with how well they have been able to turn my initial frustration into being a very happy customer!This is the way to ensure you get repeat customers, THANK YOU, I'll be one of them for sure.Not wanting to do an online order as I wanted some stuff for this weekend, I checked their website for details and they said they were open. I drove 45 mins only to find that is was NOT open, no one answered the door buzzer and no one answered their phone. I was infuriated. If you are closed, update your website and also you phone message to notify people so they don't waste their time AND their money in fuel!What made it worse was that I had only just driven past the Cruelty Free Shop 30 mins prior but didn't stop in as I thought I wouldn't need to!

I was blown away by the quality of shipping on my order of Booja Booja chocolate. The chocolate box was delivered on a warm and humid day, but arrived specially wrapped in foam, covered by a special frozen ice pack and all encased in a polystyrene box. This is the best shipping of perishable food goods I have ever experienced. I highly recommend them for this reason.

After placing my first online order with Vegan Perfection and some miscommunication, my order arrived with an amazing sampler box sent separately from team member Julian to compensate! The follow up customer service was exceptional from the team and definitely will order from again, not to mention the products were delicious! Worthwhile shopping here & great variety! Thank you!!

After not being able to find our favourite vegan products at our local stores anymore, we found them at Vegan Perfection and decided to give them a try. The whole process, from browsing the website to delivery, was absolutely exceptional. Outstanding customer service and great care taken with the packaging of our frozen products.
