Really nice showroom with a wide selection on display. Staff were also really helpful. We will definitely be buying from this store based on our experience today.

Staff could be more helpful. I made a purchase of over $1000 dollars and was made to feel like they were doing me a favour. Some staff members behind the counter just ignore you while you wait.

Very quick delivery and well priced.

Visited Beacon Cannington to purchase a fan. The stock appeared plenty but did not seem to be displayed in any real order (same fan but different colours at opposing ends of the isles etc) and were not labelled so you could not match the the fan displayed on the ceiling to the advertisement and feature stands sitting on the boxes stacked in the ground nor the boxes themselves. There were spinning fans below other fans with lights that were on so there was also flashing lights making it unpleasant to explore the range.The staff were friendly enough and checked if we needed assistance but unfortunately the staff member who ended up assisting us was unable to answer our questions or point out to us the options that met the product criteria we were chasing (remote control, dimmable and replaceable globe).

Love this place. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There are so many choices to choose from. It's mind-boggling! With their guidance, it was so much easier.

Excellent range2 x staff speaking with 2 customers, Staff weren't interested in even acknowledging anyone else in the store. Waited 20 mins.Just wanted to ask a question,No Chance!

Poor customer service. Staff acted in a crabby manner, and were annoyed that cash was used for payment since they didn't have any change. Kerryn looked displeased at actually having to serve customers. Products are mediocre, with a couple exceptions. Lightbulbs are definitely overpriced; good bulbs, but overpriced. Go for similar bulbs at JB hi-fi or other retail stores for a fraction of the cost.
