We have employed them for their Property Management service, to manage our investment property, specifically working with Jessica Sutherland. We have worked with other Property Managers previously, as well as in other locations around Australia, and Jess is by far the most proactive, professional and efficient. She was recommended to us by a much more sophisticated and successful investor than us, and I am so grateful. Jess has swiftly handled maintenance issues finding competitive cost effective quotes and efficiently getting the repairs done with minimal input from us. She has an impressive knowledge of tenancy agreements and the evolving rules being introduced to QLD. Jess balances the needs of the tenant with the nature of our investment. As a tenant renting through Ray white AKG has been the best experience, they really care about their tenants and do their absolute best. Caroline has gone above and beyond to help my family, she has kept in touch everyday, responds to any calls, txts or emails within asap. She has been absolutely beautiful to deal with, and I have never dealt with someone so caring and proactive. She is amazing at what she does, and I can not thank her enough for all of her efforts. Awesome Agent! Right from our first contact we found Rebecca knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to guide us right from the start of the tidy up and renovation with contacts and advice on what was best to spend our small budget on. We had a great offer and contract after the first open house and when this fell through she acted fast and contacted all other parties resulting in another contract within the week.
