After ordering in parts and being called around 5 times to be told there in, I explained that I really needed the parts and please hold onto them and I will be heading up there on the Saturday of the 21st of may I called a few days before heading up there to make sure they would be open after driving 2 1/2 hours I get to there shop to find there is a sign on the gate saying closed on the 21st of may this is not the first time. There costumer service is rude and not friendly either. I had been told not to use them from other boaters wish I had listened. Amazing how you can stay in business when there is no competition in the area u can do what you like very poor Barclay marine.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Went there for a lifejacket for my 1 year old and the shop attendant helped me try different sizes on her. When my daughter got upset the shop attendant got a stuffed toy for her to play with. Really lovely.

After weeks of ordinary fishing weather, finally had a week of great weather when had a problem with the power trim on my outboard! Bugga!Despite their busy schedule, Mary and Sam had a look at it the every next morning, diagnosed the problem being some dodgy relays, and after discovering that the parts were not being available in Australia (who knew!) , rang around and sourced them from a another servicing agent and had them installed and work complete by that afternoon, for less cost than I anticipated.Back on water the very next day with one of the best fishing days ever had!Great service.

After a couple of recommendations we purchased a boat from Graham Barclay Marine. Craig was our salesman who has to be the best salesman we’ve ever dealt with. Craig was never pushy, he was at all times so friendly and nothing was a problem for him. Craig was full of knowledge when we were asking questions and very helpful for the little extras we wanted to purchase for our boat and he was always in contact keeping us up to date for when we would like to collect the boat.We made arrangements to pick up the boat 12/11/2018 and as we were running late for the agreed time, we called to let Craig know we would be late due to traffic, Craig’s response was ever so reassuring telling us it wasn’t a problem and to take our time. When we arrived Craig introduced us to Chris who would take us out on the water and show us the workings of our new boat. Chris was exactly the same as Craig, friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem. Chris also went over and beyond to help us understand everything from reversing the trailer to driving the boat, then getting it back on the trailer. Chris reassured us that practice makes perfect and he made it quite clear that they were only a phone call away for anything, or even if we wanted to ask a simple question they would be happy to help. Chris and Craig we thank you both very much for all you help and kindness, it’s because of people like you that make the world a better place and keep a good business going. I was on holidays in Forster and ran into some troubles with my Yamaha Outboard. The team at Graham Barclay came the the rescue got my Yamaha up and running and performing good as new. They got straight onto it, wasted no time in helping me out. Very helpful, bent over backwards to help me out at a very reasonable price.
