I would to express my sincere gratitude to all the doctors & nurses for taking excellent care of me at the Maitland Hospital and for there professional help and understanding of my medical condition, who gave me there undivided attention and for making me as comfortable as possible.I would also like to express my gratitude to Paul, for his professional and expertise in his understanding and guidance of my medical condition and offering to help with my Rehabilitation and for explaining to me in full detail the correct method of my inhalers and there purpose.Furthermore I would like to say a very SPECIAL Thank You to the kitchen staff, who prepared my dietary meals because I have Coeliac Disease and there understanding of cross contamination.I never thought that I would have received life threatening treatment for my medical condition, in a country hospital, I was so wrong, for that I Thank everyone mentioned above.Shane Grimes
