Evervet East Melbourne

Do not come to this site for vet needs!!!!!They increase the amount to be paid for our dogs medication every time we go. They price has been increased for the same meds every time we go to pick it up!!! Price gouging seems obvious here!! They are also very rude to elderly and people with accents or not English speaking background! The girl Mads at this centre laughed at me when I was speaking and chuckled at how I was trying to say something. She mocked me and was very rude! Protect your family from her and don’t let your elderly parents go to this site unless your there to support them as my mum was spoken down to also at this site. Avoid Mads though coz she must be connected to owner as she gets to do what she likes and nothing happens to her!! Centre support her behaviour

I will only take my two precocious burmese here. The manner of service and amount of care and attention they provide to them and me is superb and should an issue arise they call to follow up. Thank you !

5 stars easily. Vets and vet nurses are all very friendly, thorough and professional. No questions are left unanswered. Information for pet care/treatment is often emailed after the consult to ensure the best care is provided. It is a breeze to both animals and owners to attend this clinic. Sadly our beloved long term vet Dr Nicole Hoskins has left the practice but Dr Stephanie Fenyon has been divine, super patient with our own anxiety after taking our rescue female sharpei, a 4 year old chocolate girl who had a traumatic start in life till she came to us and even though she did a little Exorcist number at this clinic, both Dr Fenyon and nurse Khai were thorough and patient and I cannot recommend this veterinary practice highly enough! They are amazing!
