I have a complex case involving breathing issues and really appreciate how in depth Dr Twigge was in exploring underlying factors and explaining the 'whys' behind what might/might not work. Not being suggested surface-level fixes without explanation was a big relief. This sort of trustworthiness is hard to come by in my experience, so coming here was a breath of fresh air.
