I appreciate the service center guys and the sales guys who are friendly and cheerful. This review is about one of the ladies at the reception.On 17th March 2023 (5pm) when I went to get my car collected from the service, I spoke to the lady at the reception about getting a new vehicle. I wanted to know details about ordering a new vehicle. The simplest answer I got was “I don’t know” and she kept staring at me. Well…. I didn’t expect her to know, but I expected her to direct me to a person who could give me that information. Then I asked her to get me to a person who could give me that information. Then only she stood up from her chair to find a person. I was wondering why in the first place she was taken in to the reception.

I would like to share an honest experience with CMI Toyota at Cheltenham. When we went to look at the Toyota Camry, we came across the sales representative Eddie and he stated to us that he got the Toyota Camry in stock. We ask Eddie if we can have a test drive and Eddie responds that it crosses the road in the yard and the yard is locked. He pushed us beyond the limit to book the car stating that it’s a very good car. We ask Eddie for car history such as any accident or damage. Eddie responded that he didn't trust me. After a few days we went back to check if the car was available. Eddie responded that yes, it is available. We paid an agreed cost and Eddie responded that once funds get clear the car will be ready to pick up. After one day we received a call from Eddie that the car is ready. Since a day we had a car every week we needed to go and visit CMI Toyota to chase them.1. Clear wind passing noise from the Passenger side. Toyota staff were not agreeing with us nor listening to us. Toyota staff responded that this noise is because of the air circulation. We have another Toyota car. This is something I first got to know and experienced. We drop the car they said will change the windscreen. When we went to pick the car the next day, they lied to us that they changed but didn’t do anything.2. I took the car back to Toyota and showed them the previous concern is not fixed and the response was that they will check again. Finally, they did change the windscreen.3. At the time of changing the windscreen, damage to the windscreen (broken mark) was visible again, not ready to accept. thanks, one of the staff stated that yes, its scratched than accepted.4. After receiving the call that the car is ready, they scratched the windscreen as wipers were not adjusted in the correct spot. We went again and they did argue that it was because you might park the car outside and due to windy, dust or thunderstorm had caused this damage we proof them that where we park and explain and explain then they agreed to change.5. Last weekend when it was raining the water was pouring inside from the top of the windscreen from the passenger side. We went to Toyota and stated that we experience this issue during the rain, and they didn’t trust us and responded that there was no leakage in this scenario. We had a photo of the water dripping.Monday(14/11/22) i visit toyota and see the scoot and i ask him come with me 110 zone i will show the air noising and he told me we can’t go 110 zone.I bought this car to do uber drive and every single week two days I am spending to fix the issues and the problem is still there. I am very disappointed that the Scott Service Manager was not accepting the facts that were concerning. I would strongly say to everyone that please think twice before going to Toyota Cheltenham as after they sold the car, they are not really concerned regarding the relationship with the customer. They are passively extremely rude as English is my second language. They are making fun of me and trying to tell me it's normal to have a wind noise in the car and not trust me. I have lost my $40000 money and have a headache every day. Can anyone help me give a suggestion on how I can take this forward to get justice.

Very dishonest dealer!!! Beware!!!! Mate ordered a car from them under his name and now we've decided to transfers the contact into our company name or my name.They did not allows it! Their excuse was Toyota Australia policy that they cannot change the name. Once I called toyota australia, now they are saying it is CMI toyota policy!In fact, they just want to sell it for more once we cancel the order! Very greedy!I've bought two cars from this dealer within 12 months and have cars order inline from them and now I can cancelling all order and won't be dealing with this dealer again!Also the finance guy Kenny, Stop giving people financial advices!When people wants to pay cash, he will push for finance by saying to put money in to house instead lol!!Overall, I am very disappointed by the team at CMI, Michael and Matthew!!Won't be back again! You've lost a great deal today. You lost my 6 monthly services from all my cars! You chose to make a quick thousand dollars for selling a canceled contact but failed to keep your loyal returning customer!
