Bathroom sales have gone above and beyond our expectations. We ordered our whole 2 bathroom and laundry supplies from here. Very efficient service. I ordered a freestanding bath and a couple of handbasins and they arrived in Queensland within three days. The tracking service was fantastic as well. I was able to track my delivery all the way from the depot to my place. Items are perfect, so happy with them.

Trying to save money, hence opted for this company.Ordered several items which arrived fine but I had to return the IKON Kara Multifunction shower set because I needed a top inlet but I bought a bottom inlet.Upon returning the item, refund was refused as I was accused of damaging the product.The thing was, I returned the item in its original box and its original condition, I had not taken the item out of the box nor attempt to install the item at all. This can only mean they had shipped out a damaged item and hoping the user would not notice.I have contacted them about this, and the only response from them is they are investigating".Now they have the returned product and would not refund.I would not recommend this company."

Great customer service. Went to pickup a vanity order up today and the lady was so helpful with mixer tap choices and how to clean black and gold ones so they don’t scratch. Also she gave advice on black sinks. They don’t try to sell you the most expensive they give you great advice to suit your needs.

I bought 4 fans, which arrived promptly. I only ordered 1 remote, but wiring in the rooms meant they all needed remotes. Ordered another 3, but were end of range, and they they had none left.They contacted me, offered a refund, but then located some from another supplier and express posted them to me.It’s all about good service, which is hard to find is these times.
