Dean was amazing I called him regarding a problem with my in built Miele coffee maker and he walked me through some things to check in case it is an easy fix. We were on the phone for 20 mins and he even messaged my diagrams for reference. I will check it out next week when I return to the house, if there is still an issue he said I can drop it off for repair to save on the expensive call out to my remote area.Amazing service I might go as far as saying the best service I have ever received thanks Dean A+++
