Huge store with lots of range. The staff are helpful and most of the items available are of well known brands. There are signs around that say no warranty is offered, so be aware of that when purchasing.

Staff were rude, unpleasant to deal with. Gave conflicting information. Don't trust what they tell you, particularly big Kiwi guy who thinks he is the boss. Will never come back to this store

It's really worth it to have a look here for your home's furniture. Mostly sofas and dining tables. Some items are quite damaged but are heavily discounted. Some items are barely damaged yet discounted anyway because they're not perfect. You can find some gorgeous pieces that are half the price you would have paid for them that are basically still brand new.

Most dishonest and rude customer service. Directors of this outlet should wake up. I have never experienced such dishonest and rude customer service. The big Kiwi guy you are a liability. You letting down other hard working staff of the company.

Bit of a catfished/click bait situation. They’ve advertised all these tables on sale for this weekend, and I just drove out to the store and literally 90% of the stock is sold, and what’s left is at prices I could get elsewhere, with no damage and a warranty.I’m sure people are getting good deals but it was a complete waste of time for me.

I was really impressed with both the large selection of furniture items but also the prices. Honestly haven’t found better prices for similar items online. Michael was friendly and really helpful. Gave me genuine suggestions for my needs, not just encouraging me to buy the most expensive thing. Super happy with my dining table and chairs purchase.

A large selection of well priced couches. Would strongly recommend dealing with Mark or Sam. Both very welcoming, knowledgeable and exceptional in their customer service. They went out of their way to assist us in purchasing and loading our couches for transport. Mark you are a super star!! Thankyou so much for staying back and helping us load up the couches. See you for our next couch purchase! I highly recommend visiting this store - ask for Mark!
