As you know, it was a long, and sometimes painful, process for us to even get the build started due to the complex nature of the land and size of the build.The intricate details that were recommended and obtainable by Mabel at our initial consultation made us feel at ease with the realisation that Optimal Homes had our best interest at heart.We are grateful we took you and your team's invaluable advice with what we should consider to maximise the build. However, due to the complexity of the sloping block and design of the build (three story home, excavation, terracing, modern French Provincial cross with Hampton), we were always faced with negative comments, excuses and hurdles that other builders were not prepared to jump over.Yet with Optimal everything was achievable and all involved were willing to accommodate. We feel we choose the right builder in the end for us as our forever home is well on its way to being completed precisely the way we want it, at a price that we could afford, with top quality finishes and workmanship.Optimal are delivering myself and my family a very high-quality finished home that we hope to make memories in for many years to come.
