Ordered flowers online and after ordering received the confirmation email stating they are a member of the petals network... it’s been 3 days and my flowers were never delivered. I called the customer service number for petals and the automated voice informs you they can’t confirm delivery at all because they use multiple couriers. I opt to wait for an operator and after stating they have ‘technical difficulties’ and the wait times may be longer than usual the call then disconnects. Very disappointed.

I ordered an extra large bouquet of gerbera daisies to be delivered for my Mum's birthday and she was absolutely over the moon with them. The gerberas were beautiful, big and bright, and the arrangement with the ferns and foliage was very generous - enough to fill two vases. Thank you so much Hervey Bay Florist!

My mother turned 84 and so I sent her flowers from HBFlorist. They sent her the most beautiful arrangement of flowers with lots of vibrant colours, which is exactly what I had requested. Thank you so much, my Mother was thrilled to bits.

For a few years I have been ordering flowers for my godmother from Hervey Bay Florist. My godmother lives in an Aged Care Facility in the Hervey Bay area, while I am in the ACT. I rarely get to see the flowers in person, but I hear about them and see pictures of them. The reports are always glowing. More than that, HB Florist staff are really easy to talk to about my order - I generally don't order one of the regular packs" - I ask them what is good and fresh at that time of the year."

Lovely surprise on returning home after 80th birthday celebration. Sent from my old friend in Sydney and she chose so local! I didn't know about this Florist but can highly recommend them. Such a beautiful arrangement of flowers and greenery only a picture could show. Very friendly staff and helpful after my question of how to get the longest life of the flowers.I will be using them for upcoming birthdays!

The flowers were beyond expectation.The variety of blooms and creativity of wildflowers and greenery just blew me away.I had so much to look at and every flower was perfect. Nothing was wilting and the bouquet was strong.Can't fault them, absolutely divine!
