Would go elsewhere. Read exactly what was on my referral over the phone and was told there would be no charge because I've had surgery on the same knee before. I was then told at the clinic that the person on the phone was wrong and would have to pay $275. Not good enough.

Really peaceful and quiet spot when I went in. Girls were friendly and the scan was efficient, I was in and out.The lady who did my scan was really efficient and I really liked her. Would definitely return again if needing anything.Thank you

I came to the Currambine branch for the first time and I was 10 minutes late to my appointment, I had not even been informed that I needed to come early. The lady behind the desk was very arrogant and not helpful at all which was very disappointing, she is the larger lady with blonde hair in the front desk. I really expected a more professional ability from this practice.

I had a wonderful experience today dealing with everyone at SKG Radiology the staff were so friendly and helpful and made me feel completely comfortable, definitely get there early enough to fill paperwork ect preferably 15/ 20 minWill Definitely recommend.

I booked my MRI two weeks ago, there was 2 openings, I choose the latest booking which is easier to ask a few hours off from work. I got there and the lady booked the earliest booking. The lady said they won't make such a mistake it was me! Never the less she wanted to rebook me, I said don't bother! If you can't get my first booking right and you blame me how will you get a second booking right. I am so very disappointed with them.

I have been at this Radiology place in few occasions over the last few years, always very pleasant and helpful from the reception to the Technician. Yesterday I went for a scan to my swollen ankle as my Orthopaedic Surgeon was concerned for a Blood Clots, and did I, the lady Technician she really looked after me knowing that I was worried, she told to wait for a while and she would let me the results in a few minutes, normally It would take at least one day for the result anyway I would to thank you for your understanding

Waited over 45 mins for our appointment to be told we had been booked for the wrong scan. They made us feel like we had made the mistake even though my wife had given all the correct information when booking the appointment. A very weak apology was given but wouldn’t admit they had made the mistake instead started blaming our obstetrician on the way it written up. I will think twice before booking with the branch again.

Unless you are a small child don't bother booking an MRI appointment here. Waited a week for an appointment. They could not fit my shoulders into the machine. I was told I was the 5th person on the day!!!!! You would think they can ask if you are wade shouldered before they book the appointment. Lost a days wage, drove far to get there, what a joke of an operation. Got an appointment same day at Perth radiology and they have a big machine for real people.
