Australia Post - Warnbro Post Shop

I visit this place almost daily and have always been greeted with a smile and a chat. The staff always ready to help when needed. I try not to go to any other post offices!

Very poor quality service. Closed on Saturday, during week days closed too early , though housands people living in our area. Useless desk officer Caroline and newly employed postie, repeatedly asking my wife for photo ID at the door , delivering registered mail. Now, he even does not bother to approach door , does not press the door bell ,instead , he leaves notification to collect mail from office , wasting our time and disteagarding fees , we pay for delivery. High time to look closer into this dodgy business. Official complaint was lodged , no reply received. Big boss of Post Office earns millions, but standard of service is under bell.Is this business a private rancho ?

It’s hard to find someone who works her that is pleasant. Even between all the staff it’s hard to must a smile let alone friendly efficient service between any of them!

Most ladies are helpful but one in particular is rude, acts like a know-it-all (even when I show her she is wrong), she refuses to help when assistance is required and explains “I do a thousand of these a day” when asked if she is sure.Wouldn’t recommend this store at all.I’ve only recently moved here and hate this store - would love if I could have all my items sent by courier in future at the postal service has gotten bloody ridiculous!!!!!

I am so stressed I took out $2000 cash from cba Warnbro and deposited it straight to the post office and my receipt says $1000 . It was cash. I was running late and didn’t check it till Sunday. Now I’m going to Bali today and not sure how to sort it out. They must be $1000 over for the day. Please advise what I can doSamantha Carson

Service is great but opening hours are shockingly inflexible! Is this the ONLY Post Office in Australia that DOESN'T open on a Saturday?Yeah sure, I can simply go to any other Post Office that IS open......BUT NOT TO COLLECT YOUR PARCELS!This office is only open while I'm at work meaning I have to leave work early and hope for favourable traffic conditions or get a Parcel Locker and I don't get enough deliveries to warrant that.Come on AusPost Pork Kennedy, you can do better than this. Especially when some LPOs are open until 5pm on a Saturday!

The women we had was rude couldn't say please or thankyou obviously nothappy in her job, we left drove to Rockingham city always good service there
