I'm aware of how much of a fan boi I'm going to sound in this review, but with the amount of horror stories you hear with solar, we are just so happy with how the whole process went working with Kev and Track Energy.The solar game is a minefield. We were aware of how little we knew coming into it, and were really keen to find a system that was going to work best for us, and not get sucked into one of these pop-up solar company's get-rich-quick attempts.We spent months ringing around and getting quotes, and eventually were recommended Kev and Track Energy by some neighbours. As a local South Australian, and veteran of the solar game, Kev has seen it all. All the ups, downs, and trends over the years with the ever-changing government policy; all the various brands and products - and especially who has proven themselves to be reliable; and his engineering background gives him a level of technical knowledge that very few solar companies/ sales people share. Kev is the real deal.We ended up going for a bundle that included a battery, and are SO glad we did (the practical side to having reserve power when the sun isn't shining is a game changer). The price - even with a battery - was still comparable to some of the quotes we received from other companies WITHOUT a battery (don't believe the hype, batteries can be affordable). Kev took the time to walk us through all the ins and outs, making the process smooth and transparent. And knowing Kev is a local, and has been around for a long time - if anything was to go wrong - gave us that extra peace of mind.DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR. The new system has me back on line when the old solar system failed after 8 years. Kevin and his crew really understood what I was looking for and had me up and running in good time with a slightly larger system than before (11.7kw vs 10kw) and at a very competitive price. And the installers left everything nice and neat and tidy after they had finished. Thanks all round folks.

We have had Kevin and his team install solar and battery at our house two years ago and just finished install at our dental practice. Very happy with the process and outcome. Kevin is very knowlegable and easy to deal with. He has always responded to queries on the day I make them. The main reason I used Track Energy for a second time was the neatness of the wiring and layout of the inverter and battery. Very professional and highly recommended

We hear stories all the time of fly-by-night solar power companies that seem to disappear when there is trouble. Not Track Energy! I had the inverter fail after 2+ years, rang Track and the problem was inspected. Within a month,I had a new inverter fitted, UNDER WARRANTY. Very pleased :)

Had a 6.6kw system installed a couple of years ago Kevin from Track energy really new this industry, and was able to tailor a system that really suited our needs .kevin was extremely knowledgeable and was able to design advantages that were not mentioned by other companies that quoted. Recently we had a minor issue with a component which was rectified very quickly, one phone call is all it took .
