Asked Motek to come and fix a couple of lighting issues around the house and were absolutely blown away by the professionalism and how friendly the team was. Went the extra mile to offer to patch a few tiny holes for the sensor light. Will be keeping their number for all electrical jobs from now on.Highly recommended them

First contact was via email and despite their busy Schedule Jay always made a point to respond to me even if it was late at night. The team at Motek provided me with a very competitive quote after a review of my power consumption patterns and took care of all the admin to get my government rebate, all I had to do was to fill out some electronic forms online. First contact: the team promptly turned up on the scheduled day at 8am, very friendly, professional, neat and ready to get it done! Naz, Izzy and T started working after a brief introduction of what will happen over the course of the day. As the day went by they advised me of some broken tiles they spotted and told me they would change them if I had some, turns out there were some spares in the attic and they would be enough! Around midday they advised they may need an extra day as they had to work around the weather as it started raining and they did not want to let the rain through to the attic. In the meantime, I obtained another quote for changing some floodlight which were well past their lifespan, again very competitive quotes and I agreed to have these changed either the next day or some other scheduled day. Second day, slightly different team (Izzy and Adam) they complete the job as agreed and then I witness the power production for the first time! What a nice feeling! I am now told the final inspection will be arranged and after that Motek will take care of notifying my retailer for the feed in! 4 days later, inspector turns up, quick inspection and signoff; system is turned on and the app on my phone is installed! In the mean time, another team turned up and completed my floodlights replacement and additions! Another 3 days and I receive a call from my retailer to complete the move to a new power plan as I now have solar!!! Almost too easy! Recommended all the way!

Jay arranged to have our 40amp stove installed on short notice when it arrived. His electrician, Tim and his assistant took their time to complete the job carefully, avoiding damage to surrounding items. After completion, they swept the ground and cleaned up in the area of work.....thanks guys for the job well done and for being patience in getting that heavy duty electrical cable through the wall cavity.

I used this service for electrical work in 2021. I asked before the job was done if I could pay via credit card and was advised this was fine as i did not have the cash. I messaged twice after the job to make payment over the phone but got no response. Months later I recieved invoices to pay . It was approximately six months later I found out the electrician never had credit card facilities. I explained I could pay instalments by credit card as I no longer had enough on my card to pay the full amount. I advised I could not afford to pay cash as all my money was going to debts and credit card.. I had a difficult year financially and could not pay any other way. I was threatened with debt collecter if I did not pay in cash or the full amount at once. I found this incredibly unprofessional and not once did the electrician apologise for saying I could pay by credit card then not offering the facilities to do so. it will now cause me financial difficulty to pay, especially with the increase in living and mortgage costs. I will never use Motek again and would not recommend such an unprofessional service.The electrician advised he looked into options to collect payment by credit card but would cost him too much. He had no thought for the impact this would have on me. Either that or he did not care.The work was OK but not worth the headache that followed.

They were very swift and prompt and done an amazing job. I was very happy with the service as they helped me with any questions i had and made it easy to decide which solar pannels and security system was best suited for me and i would definitely recommend Motek Electrical to who ever needs any electrical work done.

We had Jay and his team at our place to fix up a lot of old dangerous DIY work done by previous owners. Not only were they extremely efficient and on time, they were very professional, polite and friendly and just very easy to get along with. We have alot of long term major Renos to do at our place, and Motek will be our Electricians all the way through. 100% recommend, really easy to deal with and always on time.

We have use Motek Electrical for most and currently all our electrical work, we won't be using any one else, Jay and his team are professional, reliable and we trust them with all our jobs.
