Before purchasing a rent roll to open up my own agency I had never really heard of Real Estate Dynamics. I am very impressed with the website they have to offer Property Managers it is full of everything you need to know and use. I also decided to take my 2 property managers to a 2day Property Management Seminar and it was fantastic. My staff gained so much knowledge and tips in those two days and the way it was run was very professional. Last week I attended Winning in Property Management training in Brisbane along with two members of my team. I found this course to be informative, thought provoking and motivational. We decided about 9 months ago to engage the services of Reds due to ever changing staff and the constant changes in real estate regulations. We found there was more and more a property manager needed to know and that was difficult to provide the service we wanted. We started our training in December went from portfolio to task based it was the best thing. We’ve had great support from Nathan and the Reds team throughout the process. The fortnight sessions are informative and always followed up with a call to ensure we are comfortable and understand the process and any issues. My team has embraced the changes and found the job less stressful. We still have a long way to go but we can see the changes for the better within our business and staff are more happy with their job and knowing what expectation are required.
