Dr Amandeep Kaur is very thorough & second to none when dealing with her patients especially kids. She kept our daughter at ease throughout her treatment. Dr Amandeep Kaur is a good listener, empathetic, and able to explain the treatment options clearly.I must say I was thoroughly impressed with her services. She is very communicative, taking the time to listen to our concerns and explain the treatment options clearly. Her professionalism is commendable as she is punctual, efficient, and used up-to-date equipment and techniques.Highly recommended for all your dental treatments. We need more & more dentists like her.

My mother was booked in for a general check up & clean with Dr. Urvashi Devi and had a terrible experience. She was left feeling disrespected and in pain due to Urvashi's service. We would not recommend Dr Urvashi Devi.My mother has had a twice yearly check up & clean with numerous other dentists and has quite a high pain threshold. During her clean - she was in immense pain and told the dentist to go slowly and was grimacing in pain. Dr Urvashi Devi did not reduce her pressure causing the whole experience to be quite unpleasant and not patient-centered. Despite this, no follow up call was made to check up on my mum.We are disappointed with our service with Dr Urvashi Devi and I feel very angry that mum had to go through this traumatising experience.

Very happy with all my visits here and Dr Kaur is amazing! I've had two wisdom teeth extractions here and a few check ups and cleans and have only had positive experiences. It was efficient, clean and very organised. Dr Kaur was also very easy to talk and guided me through everything very clearly.Would definitely recommend this place, especially if you're also on Medibank as it's the preferred provider so they cover more out of your health insurance.

Dentist is very rude and not respectful when asked question about the Deep Cleaning. Angry at us and yelling due to English is second language. Not happy at all.

Very poor quality recommended root canal for me and my daughter when it's not required very poor pricing charged me 140 for not even 5 min work for a xray and to just tap on my teeth highly don't recommend

My filling had dislodged, so went in for a simple filling. They charged me 280 for a filling, then to look at the tooth for a total of 20 seconds, not any other teeth mind you, I was charged $67 for the examination" why not include everything in the price rather than blatantly ripping people off for something that took them 20 seconds. Also my last experience there was a teeth cleaning

Took my mum to this place for the first time and it was her worst general dental cleaning experience.My mum tend to not complain or voice out her opinions, so for her to tell me directly and even gave the receptionist feedback of the poor job of the dentist says so much about what she had to go through. Hence, this review is a one star.The receptionist was kind however, so I give recognition to that.

Worse general cleaning experience ever. Rushed like unprofessional. Don’t book Dr. Charan Grewal. This is my 2nd worse experience with Pacific dental. It’s time to find better company.
