Was pretty great, good service and they were polite. Food mostly good however I ordered 6 chicken nuggets for my son and got 4 hamburger patties instead. Little bit ridiculous honestly.

Went back, silly me. Music blaring. I was shortchanged $10 and my coffee had sugar in it, maybe if the music wasnt so loud , they might be able to hear what you are ordering. Stop catering for just the young people. My earlier review next. Ordered the new Aussie Angus that was supposed to have onion rings on it, they were nothing but a sloppy mess that we couldn't even hold together to eat and no onion rings and they never said anything about no onion rings , it was a disgusting mess. My chocolate thick shake was just frothy white foam, nothing like a thickshake. Absolutely a waste of money. A staff member smoking outside and walked into the store for work , another turn off

McDonalds Maryborough is the worst run McDonalds I have ever used...they have a bad record with cheesburgers...I haven't had a decent one in 3 yrs...either no ketchup or too much slapped on and oozing out everywhere together with chips that are too cold, overdone or no salt...extra salt means no salt with a small salt packet -tonight's went in the bin - had a cheese burger at Kangaroo Flat store..Bun was fresh and better..cheeseburger was the first perfect burger i have had in victoria...either get a new manager or train the staff properly...need Hungry Jacks in town for competition...also been in and complained to manager...floor was being mopped at the time which makes the tiles slippery and dangerous...1 star is over generous..really should give zero

Was absolutely disgusting disrespectful staff that had no care in the world for customer service or the food. The wait was extremely ridiculous after waitng at the window for ages they cleared the waiting bay and asked us to park up, as cars passed by and we waited an additional 20min for a family meal, but give us the chips at the window that end up cold by the time the rest of the order got to us. When the order finally arrived to us in the waiting bay they had forgotten a burger so we complained, all for us to be accused of harassing staff then after getting home to eat to relise they have forgotten the 20 nuggets and changed my burger to a double and mixed up the labeling on the drinks as there was one no sugar because i'm a diabetic really appalling will not be going back would not recommend. First time going to this mcDonalds and will be the last. Not to mention what a waste of money!!!!

Asked for a receipt but couldn't get one Asked for a sausage egg mc muffin and Asked for it without the yolk got one like this 2 days before but today couldn't get it the date is Friday the 6th of January 2023 and then got told that the other manager should not of done this but every McDonald's I go to does this so I don't understand why this McDonald's will one minute but not the next I can't help my wife is allergic to the yolk and she's pregnant and craving this food so just maybe it should e consistent with what they do

Incompetent staff, cant listen to take an order, coffees always wrong, suger when asked for splenda in a diabetic coffee!Not a one off this is ongoing, a competent manager is required and a lot of customer service training.

Went in for breakfast, waited in line whilst was completely ignored by all 4 staff members that continued to walk straight past us at the counter without any acknowledgement pretty much feeling like there trying to make us use the ordering screens. Poor customer service

Came in during lunch rush - which is ALWAYS fun for fast food employees - there was a wait on the Apple Pies which didn’t worry me. The (I believe manager, he was in a fluro McDelivery shirt) was super lovely. Managing that crowd + helping some of the newer staff is always tough. Keep it up!!
