Panica Store - Coffee Machine Service, Spare Parts, Equipment and Accessories

We had a couple of issues with our three year old Breville Barista Express and had contacted Breville for advice. Their suggested service centre stated a minimum 10 business days to investigate and repair. Scared what two weeks drinking Woolworths coffee capsules might do to us, I called/emailed a few stores.Panica were quick to respond and then followed up with a call and were impressive. As their Google reviews were very good, and better than other local companies, we decided to go with them.We dropped the machine off around lunchtime on the Friday and were incredibly astonished to receive an email at 10.45pm that night saying that if we were happy with the quote for repair, the machine would be ready for pick up at 11am on the following morning.We've had it a few days and it's working perfectly - indeed it's better than ever. Absolutely delighted and very happy to recommend Panica - if we have any more issues we'll certainly return.

I recently went here after being dissatisfied with my experiences at other stores. Panica were fantastic. Biana was very friendly, great communication and honest service. I've had my machine back a couple of weeks now and its humming like brand new. The shop is a little hard to find, but once you know, you know.

Panica Store made me very welcome and allowed me to stay while he fixed my Breville 870. He knew exactly what to do and replaced a faulty solenoid. He works very thoroughly and fully checks out the finished job. He took pride in his work by cleaning my machine before presenting it back to me - like new!I need hardly say, I thoroughly recommend Panica Store.

Exceptional service from the very helpful staff here. I wanted to buy a preowned Jura from them, they took the time to demonstrate the actual machine so I could taste the coffee, something which never happens in a retail shop, showed me how to make the particular coffee I wanted. Provided me with hands on experience, was delighted with the result. I now have the machine at home and enjoying using it. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and friendliness. What a great business. Really went above and beyond fixing coffee machine. I had tried to install a PID and couldnt get it to work, after alot of effort they got it to work perfectly. It was even ready for collection on a Saturday evening. Great service highly recommend

Great service above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!!We had our little Expobar espresso machine stopped working. Googled the repairer that is opened on Saturday. Found this place, called them up and had a friendly chat with them. We decided to come and drop off the machine. Greeted by Leon who was so kind and helpful. He immediately checked it out and suspected common issue on one of parts. After he did his 'magic touch', the issue was fixed on the spot. He explained and gave us some tips and trick if similar issue arises again. Unexpectedly this service is free of charge as we asked him about the fee. We were so grateful and appreciative of his genuine and honest service. What an exceptional service and gentleman! Definitely we will come back for regular service and maintenance.
