Plush Ballarat

We purchased 2 sofas from Plush Ballarat and were met with excellent customer service from Amy.Amy was very helpful and informative in our selection, as we were very indecisive in choosing which couch and also which fabric. Amy really guided us to the best choice of sofa configuration for our house, assisting with measurements and seat choice. Also helped explain the sales prices and when they were due to finish!All the staff at Plush have been fantastic, so helpful, friendly and understanding, without being 'pushy'.I would highly recommend any sofa from Plush, extremely comfortable, durable and looks fantastic. The customer service was impeccable from the moment we entered the store, until they were professionally delivered and set up in our house. Even checking a week or so later if we were happy.Thanks

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREAMENTIncredibly disappointed and appalled at the treatment and service we recently experienced with Plush. Absolutely do NOT recommend purchasing from this company.We ordered and paid deposit for couch at start of October, with expected delivery to be late Dec/early Jan. On Dec 31 I tried to check the progress of the order through online system and was unable to do so. Several phone calls (and days) later trying to find out what was going on, Store Manager Ballarat, called to inform me that there had been a human error and the order was never placed.After phone calls back and forth, and a being passed onto the Area Manager, Plush have stood firm that the best resolution they could offer us was a $600 discount (which is chicken feed compared to the $6,500 we were spending) and we would have to join the back of the order queue - which would mean delivery end of May. That's nearly 6 MONTHS LATER than expected.I have repeatedly expressed my disappointment and unhappiness with this, we were told there is no way they can accelerate the order. I would have expected a company such as Plush to have much better system in place to handle such problems, and find a way to move the order up the queue somewhat when it's completely their fault (I would have been happy if Plush could say sorry, here's a discount and we'll get you to the front, maybe 2 months wait)We are building a new home, and timed our couch order so that delivery would be similar to our move in date.I cancelled the order because I'm not sitting on the floor for 6 months and also because I'm not giving my money to this company after their absolute lack of care for the customer.I've been left feeling like we are not important at all, and this company does not care if they loose a customer. I understand that the original error was human and mistakes happen. However I am more unhappy and disappointed in the subsequent handling of the situation and lack of effort to resolve it.We choose Plush because we thought they were one of the best and we made a big decision to spend so much more money on the product than we originally intended because it was Plush. Now however we will not be recommending the company to anyone, and I will absolutely be sharing this story with everyone we know.I expected so much more from such a large company which sells itself on it’s wonderful customer service and client satisfaction. What an absolute joke, we are a disgusted with the treatment and service from this company.

Great place to buy a lounge suite. We were very grateful for the expertise and product knowledge of the staff member, Teneil, who assisted us. We felt valued as customers and she answered all the questions we had without hesitation. We visited the store twice before purchase and still found the customer service was excellent. Teneil helped us choose a suitable product at a very competitive price. Great job!

I placed an order with Plush Ballarat on 11/3/22 and was told est delivery date to be end of June22. Several updates later delivery is now shown as 20/11/22 (this date will probably be extended again). Initial phone calls to Ballarat branch pretty much resulted in being told that Plush Ballarat couldn't help me and to follow up with customer service who are basically useless because they can give no definitive information on where my furniture is or when it will be delivered. Plush can't get their act together to deliver furniture ordered 6 months ago but still advertise 40-50% off. Covid should not be used as an excuse especially when furniture ordered from another company has been shipped and delivered with only a slight delay. Extremely disappointed that no-one anywhere in this organisation can give me a definite date when my order will be delivered, nice furniture but not worth the aggravation.

The team at Plush Ballarat are to be highly commended! We had the pleasure of having Teneil look after us. And that she did!Teneil was attentive, professional and friendly, yet in no way overbearing. She answered our questions and explained everything that we needed to know. Teneil made our shopping experience a pleasure; Thank You Teneil..We should also make special mention of Zoe. Her's (& Teneil's) after sales follow up was exemplary. Thank you both..

Terrible service! There is one lady there in her 50s/60s with short hair that wears glasses. She is extremely rude & is nasty to disabled people. I really should be reporting her. She should be given the boot! Evil woman. DO NOT GO HERE!

Sofa arrived with one wrong leg! Told that there is not another one in the country and that we'll need to wait 6 weeks before it can be delivered. I find this really disappointing. If Plush had any real concern about customer service or their mistake they would have arranged for a fast courier delivery which could easily be done.

Everyone is lovely and helpful until there is something wrong, then they can't get you off the phone quick enough. after a 3 month wait my couch arrived unusable, with mulitple broken pieces. I Was lumped with what appeared to be a factory second(was very clearly broken before it left the warehouse). Not one sincere apology, not one person being understanding of the situation, just told to like and agree with how they want the situation dealt with or lump it, poor communication, poor follow up, poor customer care has made me get a full refund so I can take my money else where.

Our Plush Sofa experience so far has been sensational ... we have yet to receive the sofa's, but our experience to date has been 110%. The online customer service officer Lisa was absolutely amazing and our experience with her was the start of more amazing times. At Ballarat the customer service officer Teneil was equally amazing ... Plush Sofa's you are fabulous!

I can't recommend this place due to outstanding wait times (4 months for a 2-seater ready to go), inefficient delivery processes and bad customer service.
