Not a reliable agency.

47 view bright road ,clyde north .This land sold long time ago.There is a house standing in the land.At the moment similar land price 500+ in this area..But the DOG property group advatised for 420k in real estate website. This in misleading,Doesn't want to remove the ad.Saying there is a sold stiker in the ad.Sold sticker not located on the empty block.This is cheap trick to find the clients and wasting people's valuable time making enquiry about the details.When we call, oops this is sold.Let me know your budget, we will find the land.
