I have been buying fish here for years. Today I spent $38 on 'fresh' snapper fillets. Got them home. Not fresh. Stunk - and had to throw them out. So disappointing. Deliberately sold bad fish - old fish. Never again. Lift your game. Value your customers loyalty.

I paid $73.05 for a 3kg crab (one kg costs $23.00) and it stank and smelled chemically - so we took it back to the shop, where they changed the crab and gave us a very cheap fish (one kg costs $18.00), so I wasted my money and time and was ultimately disappointed.This is the last time I'll buy seafood from this store.

I have been going here for over forty years. In that time I have had excellent service and everything has been very fresh. I mainly buy prawns, scallops, pipies, oysters.I am very happy with them

Paid for 2 fish but after fileting was given back just 1 inc the bones which I don't ask for. They have to have a better system so the customers get their own orders. I normally ask for 2 smaller trouts but only when open at home discovered that was given much bigger not the one shown to me earlier. Next time I will check what's inside. I supposed to have enough for whole family that day.Not happy!

Not the same place anymore unfortunately. Have purchased fresh flake 2 times now & after freezing immediately upon thawing it was so strong smell of ammonia wasted money. I go up the hill now where there's eftpos and no pushing n shoving to be served.

Bought snapper(2 pieces) yesterday and one of them when cleaning before cooking we could feel it was not fresh. Even while frying the smell was so bad and felt rotten(chemical taste) on eating. Will not buy again from them.
