DO NOT GO!!!Spent over an hour in the shop getting Acrylic French tip Nails and they started to come off after a week! Yes only 7 days.! Terrible service and nails that cost a fortune that don't last! Do your self a favour and do not enter. Will Never Return.

I won’t be coming back here again. I got an Indian lady who didn’t listen to me when I told her I get my feet done for hygiene and that both of my toes have had issues with ingrown toenails. She did them so quick and carelessly (literally brushing each of my small toes once with polish), she didn’t bother to push the skin back on the nail and get rid of the dead skin properly. She painted them without caring that polish got into my skin and overall was a very sloppy job. She asked me what was wrong like as if she was annoyed and didn’t offer to even fix it! Paid and got out, never again. Like if I wanted my toes done this badly I would have done it at home, that’s why I go to a salon !

If i could give 0 ☆ I WOULD.Save yourself the time and money, and STRESS! Tried to extort extra $ from me. Lady next to me left due to unprofessional behaviour. Pensioner charged for nail polished removal WITH her pedicure. I was in phone call, recorded, was asked if: nornsl or shellac, I said NORMAL, LOUD, NORMAL WHITE PEARL PLEASE. As she didn't even excuse herself to talk whilst I was on call. Telephone call recorded. I was then, at counter, attached verbally by male staff and 2 female. I explained I'll pay for service I ASKED for, not anything extra. They kept telling at me, I walked out, walked straight to security. Male staff chased me, I explained: I HAVE NO ISSUE PAYING FOR SERVICE I ASKED FOR, NOTHING EXTRA. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. Once I explained I'm a lawyer, they accepted.never GO THERE.They extort and take advantage.Poor service.I shouldn't have even paid for 1/2 job pedicure...my 7 yr old can do better...

Consistently rude staff. Have been here 6/7 times and each time it’s the same. They always do a great job with my nails but the staff are really rude and rough.

NOT WORTH IT!I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I definitely should have read other reviews before coming here! The worst customer service from every staff member I tried to speak to, the lady doing my nails chose the wrong colour multiple times and acted as if I was at fault, then didn’t speak to me the whole time, didn’t ask what shape I wanted or anything - the shellac chipped on seven nails that afternoon! BE WARNED, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The older lady who seemed to be in charge was so insanely rude to customers, snapping at us and everyone else consistently. I had her do my nails and while she did an alright job (way too square and snapped at me when I suggested I wanted them more round), none of the instruments at any booth were cleaned or sanitised between customers, she used kitchen scissors to trim my nail extensions and files and drill bits which had nail filings on them already. She used an efile on my natural nail which is so dangerous and not necessary. I got up and another customer sat down and she began without cleaning the surfaces, products or tools. She didn’t even clean up the dust from my nails. This is so dangerous and the place is a breeding ground for bacterial and fungal infections, ESPECIALLY when you’re using an efile on cuticles! Hurt quite bad, left them messy and they bled when I left. The decent quality of the work is definitely not worth the infections that are surely inevitable due to this place. Unclean, rude and dangerous.

Unhygienic!!! Did not use implements out of a sealed bag … took implements out of the bottom of a drawer filled with other items. So I stopped the manicure but they still made me pay. Wouldn’t take half price. It was just awful experience as was treated throughout with disdain, no friendly smiles or welcome. Sneezed and coughed over but they were still wearing a mask. When I asked if they were sick as I live with a person at risk, they just laughed and snickered and spoke in another language. Overall horrible experience snd wish I had read other reviews. Definitely a place to be warned about

Never going back, very much rushed. Manicure was terrible and was bad quality. Would not recommend for anyone to go there unless you are looking for a cheap place. Not worth it for the amount of money they charge.

Terrible customer service. Constantly talked to each other in their own language, without any communication with their client. Salon equipment is not clean. Fungus waiting to happen
