Be careful guys with this company. We are here to warn you this company is rip off and we were renting with them from last two years in vale park . We called the agent Olivia too many times to fix the broken cupboards and roller window she was not picking phones and try to give us wrong information. Every time on the routine inspection we told the agent to fix the cupboards and fridge cover . But they never send anyone and now we left the property they kept our $2400 bond . It was 100 years old property and put all charges on us to fix the little damages which happen before we entered the property… so strongly advise be careful this rip off company as they don’t even listen you at the end .. Olivia smith is a worst agent ..
