Our new neighbour recently moved next door and invited us for coffee and it was the best coffee we have ever tasted. We asked him what he used and he said the brand was Coffee Hero Smooth Operator. We have tried so many brands online and nothing tasted like what we had at our new neighbours house. So we signed up for a subscription and in our Breville machine the smooth operator is as delicious as it was on our neighbours machine. It is naturally so sweet and the aftertaste lasts for hours. We are obsessed with coffee and rate this as the best coffee we have had.

We have tried so many different coffee brands and Coffee Hero are by far the best we have tasted. We order the Smooth Operator Blend and our team of 40 staff all agree that it is the best coffee they have tasted. We recently started ordering their fresh Coldbrew concentrate and I must say that is becoming equally as popular.

The best coffee i have ever had!Ordered 1kg of smooth operator, when it arrived i could smell the coffee before i had even unboxed it! Once i unboxed it the house instantly smelt like a café! Chocolatey caramel smell,! well worth investing fast delivery and premium quality!!!

Can't get rid of the smokey flavour of this coffee single origin , tried resting , tried different brew methods. It says it's a medium roast but closer to dark roast and inconsistent roast would not recommend
