WORST experience for my dog and I EVER. The vet was just plain rude and only cared about money, Mario advised me it was not necessary to bring in my incredibly sick dog TWICE over the phone. Heather the office manager promised me a call back after I called to give feedback .... never heard from her. DON'T TAKE YOUR pet there.

All the staff were so wonderful and took care of my beautiful dog. She is back home now and doing well.

do ur pet a favour and do not go here! our cat wasn't treated appropriately which resulted in him passing yet they charged ridiculous prices :( spent thousands only for him to get worse and worse

I have a pet chicken that had a life threatening condition. There aren’t a lot of vets that support chickens and those that do tend to be somewhat limited in what they can do for them. I emailed Izy at Northside and the next day Megan Izy’s nurse rang me and squeezed us in that day. We are soo grateful! Not only did Izy do what most couldn’t and the chicken survived her ordeal they didn’t treat the chicken like just a chicken because to us she’s family. It’s certainly worth the 200 odd klms I have to travel to get my girls there. Can’t thank you enough Izy and all the staff at the centre you are all so caring when you’re looking after your patients and their families.

Staff are friendly and very accommodating and they took fantastic care of my little boy! Dr Eugene Buffer is incredible also!

Excellent continuity of care between surgeons, vets, and nurses. Sensitivity and a caring team, essential at a difficult time.

The level of professionalism was exceptional and all the staff were happy and easy to deal with...

Money hungry, after spending $3700 on my chicken rang up for help as she had a prolaps. Not one vet would get on the phone to help, humane stuff. Requested a script with you in the 3 month period and they want me to come in again. The vet originally said infection would be 12 months to get fixed. So I would need ongoing antibiotics. I bet the owner will. Not respond only gives loves when someone compliments them. I have 4 pets,never go there.' Greg.
