At first the owners seemed to be friendly. On my first visit I liked the place, considering which I asked the owner to offer me a deal (IF ANY) for regular net sessions. He offered me a deal of 20 sessions of one hour each for a total amount of 550 aud. I asked him whether he wants the amount in one go or can I got for paying it in instalments. So he said that you can pay 110 aud for every 4 sessions which I agreed to. The first two sessions went fine.Today I booked the lane for 2 hours, in which I came with my two friends. After the end of the session, he completely turned his behaviour by being rude and said that we cannot go further with the deal as you came with your friends. Furthermore, I believe he also got angry or changed his behaviour as we brought our own water bottles, because they sell a single water bottle for 3 aud.I have no problem in paying him more if I bring my friends, but they way he talked and said that please find some other place made me feel souncomfortable. Lastly I don’t understand why he got angry, as even if used bowling machine we are still using the lane. I would not recommend people to visit such a place where customers are not treated in a friendly manner.

Absolutely Outstanding experience. We came over from Perth for a holiday and not only were we accommodated for a Session with a Trueman, the Owner took it upon himself to provide my son with technique assistance on footwork and stance, hence correcting issues he had with his driving. You don’t seem to get that old fashion customer oriented service from many businesses today. They are also equipped with the latest BOLA Machine technology as equipped in the state of the art training facility at the MCG for our Elite Cricketers.

Very poor service, gave my bat for minor repair works including toe guard and instead of toe guard they put a weird stuff at the bottom that came out the next day and charged me 75$ for it.Would not recommend to anyone, not surprised since it is run by IndiansThe indoor nets are very narrow with poor lighting!!

Amazing experience practising at this centre. Took coaching sessions from Rohit and he has an amazing knowledge about the game. Good lanes and machines and they do provide impeccable customer service.

Turned up for my booking which was done on line and seems they double booked. Their excuse was that it was somehow my fault even though I received confirmation. They were pretty rude about it too. I had tried to call to just confirm before I drove there but just got an answering machine. Won’t be going back here and don’t recommend booking on line.

While the setup is a little small and a touch outdated, all machines and nets worked well. And staff were amazingly helpful and genuinely happy to see you. Would go again
