Called up just before asking when the appropriate time to come in or to book a time to come in for an insurance claim and the lady basically said call us when the tow truck man is here. I asked when that would be and she snapped at me and said. Well I don't know!" She didn't want to find out nor help pin point when the man would be next in the shop.Dont recommend to the receptionist I can't speak for the shop itself but the lady taking the call was abruptly rude and not helpful at all."
