Bought my new Robo-Tek robotic pool cleaner online from Always Clear recently, delivered to Brisbane. I won't say the process went off without a hitch, as we had a number of them, mainly on the part of the 3rd party freight company collecting and delivering it.In the end though, you should judge a businesses service and customer focus, not when things are going well, but how they conduct themselves when things are going awry. In that regard, I couldn't be happier. Hopefully the pool cleaner gives me the excellent service that Megan and Colby did. Thanks.

Ordered something from the website which I found was better value than other items on the web. I realized I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size for my spa, contacted them and heard back straight away with offer of refund or exchange.Very responsive and friendly will use again when I need something.

Clearly an excellently run business! I recently bought spa & pool chemicals online via Always Clear., because our usual supplier did not stock some specific products we wanted. Well priced, and was able to get pure bromine for our cedar hot tub (not the usual bromine/dichlor mix which is usually sold as bromine"). Immediate & accurate confirmation & order updates. Bargain flat $10 delivery

What can I say about Jo and the team at always clear! I know they are AWESOME. So I had this great idea to buy a second-hand spa (not the brand Always sells), which I have had nothing but issues with! But with Jo's help, the spa is running like a champ!But what impressed me most was the speed in response time. It seemed like I just sent the email when I got a reply. And when they said those words which I dread 'I will have to get back to you on that one' THEY DID!!!!!!Their pricing was good for the service they provided.I would recommend if you have any spa-related questions and live in the area, or can get there it is well worth it.I will be using Always Clear Pools N Spas for all my spa needs.

Service was solid but had to re do my water with some additional chemicals a week later after j got someone out to visit the property.

Nic and Jo have been nothing but helpful and professional in assisting us with the cleaning, cartridge replacement and general up keep of the pool. Thoroughly recommend Rutherford Poolwerx for all your pool needs - you won't be disappointed. Nothing is too much trouble and they look after you like you were family. Thanks again ladies.

I ordered a new robotic pool cleaner with this company and was impressed with how quickly the order was processed and it arrived in just 2 days.However only 1 of 2 cartons arrived - I contacted Always Clear via email and got an almost immediate response with a promise that it would be followed up. The missing carton arrived the very next day!!Fabulous service and prompt responsesErrors will be made and sometimes they are out of our control but its how we handle them that matters and in this case it was first class

The team at always clear are pretty awesome. Thank you for the great value with buying clarifying gels in bulk. They arrived earlier than expected and the replacement brand was just as good as the usual one i get. Great service and value. Will definitely buy again from always clear pools!Andy
