Went to Camberwell store and received exqcellent customer service. Thank you for a great in-store experience.

Came from Chelsea to this store as it said open at 10am on Mon. Arrived to find it closed and on the door it says not open on Mondays. Get it right people. I don’t have time to travel all over town to find this out. Fix your website or your door

Ballet emporium puts their customers first. You will find that staff are eager to help you find exactly what you need, however long it may take. It’s refreshing to have this quality and capacity of customer service as it is hard to find today. The selection of worldwide brands are incredible, very hard to source elsewhere in Australia. There are a selection of shoes and pointe shoes that are also not really found anywhere else and great to try.

Thank you for fitting my daughter her pointe shoes; she has had many pairs already and she feels the ones fitted by Amelia is the best of them all. She feels balanced and supported. Thank you to Amelia who took the time to fit many pairs to find the best ones (we pre-booked a 1 hour slot). We also love the variety and beautiful designs of leotards available! Highly recommended!!!

Travelled accross Melbourne with two students in tow because of the range of pointe shoes stocked that aren’t available elsewhere. Only one girl on and she seemed not to know anything about dance or pointe shoes. The store was busy and she seemed overwhelmed but also had ZERO customer service skills at all, she was rude and treated everyone in the store like an inconvenience. Took over an hour to serve us and she barely acknowledged us or how long it had been. We were happy to wait as we hadn’t thought to book an appointment. (Though would have preferred if she said it was going to take an hour so we could’ve taken a walk and returned at the time) When she did finally serve us, 5mins into the fitting we soon realised she knew nothing about pointe shoes and this was basically a self service of the range. Appalling and not what a pointe shoe fitting should be. It was a complete waste of 2hrs and we left without anything. Very disappointed and won’t be back unfortunately.
