H&R Block Tax Accountants - Morphett Vale

They are a franchise and not a part of the groups of H&R block.When I have had my tax done before they put it straight into the computer and lodge it the same day but at this place they do it on a piece of paper then enter it in computer so you have to come back a couple of days later and sign it and then it gets lodged which adds time if you want your return quicker. They also charge you $20 extra just to lodge the return.The guy that did mine kept saying I should have brought my old return in so he could see what to do.... Didnt seem like he knew what he was doing.I wont be going back to this place.

Incredibly poor experience with Darren. Would not recommend to anyone.

Costa was helpful but the lady actually processing my tax return was very rushed and refused to answer a question I had. The lady had to keep flicking through the paperwork and it all seemed very confusing to her. I felt pushed out the door basically and wasnt told how much I would be charged.

Had to have my tax done this year for the first time. Very professional and quick service. Booked online and had an appointment that suited my schedule perfectly. Everything was explained in great detail and communication between appointment and lodging was fantastic. Will be using them again.

I have been going here for 8 years and was extremely happy with Cassie. A recent change of personal meant that I had a new accountant, glad to say Costa was fantastic, the process seamless as usual and I got my claim processed super efficiently!

I called H&R Block Morphett Vale last Thursday and was provided with a very warm and welcoming greeting. I had to get a Profit & Loss summary put together really fast. I stopped by there on the Friday morning and had a quick chat with Darren. Darren was awesome to deal with and incredibly informative. 2 hours later I received a call from Darren letting me know that the Profit & Loss was ready to be picked up. I would definitely recommend the team at H&R Block Morphett Vale to all of my family and friends.
