Second time using this business for insurance repairs. Extremely courteous response both times, work carried out professionally and on time. I presume the insurance company was pleased with the bill. The really nice touch was the courtesy car, no messing around with car hire and insurance claims - drop your car and pick up the courtesy car and vice versa. The work done was excellent on both occasions. Much as I like this business, I hope I don’t see them again.I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

We requested a small amount of panel work & a new windscreen from Coastline. They had our car for a week & when we were finally able to pick up at closing time Friday we discovered they had put the old windscreen back in & had not reconnected out new bluetooth car stereo correctly. On top of this poor service the interior of the vehicle was filthy with black marks on upholstery, roof & dash. Most of this has been removed now after we complained but some is permanent. We had to take the vehicle back again this week to have the new windscreen fitted. The promised temporary vehicle & detailing didn't happen though. In all a pretty shoddy job!

This would have to be one of the most ethical Panel & Paint shops on the Tweed Gold Coast.I had a bumper repair carried out on my VZ Ute. Which now looks excellent. Jason was more than helpful and went out of his way to make sure the job was carried out to my satisfaction. Keep up the great customer relations and service

After it was stolen and damaged I wasn't sure how I would feel when I saw it again, but when I arrived to collect it, the car had been so beautifully and carefully repaired by the team at Coastline Panel and Paint, it was like a brand new vehicle.
