Vik was a pleasure to deal with. He visited our home quickly and was very knowledgeable about removing the rats nests we had. He took the time to place the traps, talk me through the process, revisited to remove the rats nests and replace the bait. He was very professional and courteous. Vik is very nice, professional and hard working. We would definitely recommend him to any pet control job (expecially with rodent extermination).We used his great service to deal with the rat problem in our house. He came very quickly after we called. He explained the plan in detail and answerred all the questions before we got started. He kept working (very hard) on the problem until all the rats are gone and we can sleep well now.

Contacted Vic to get rid of what I thought was a rat in my roof. Organised a time over and quickly and easily. He turned up and asked a few questions about what we were hearing in the roof, and identified it was most likely a possum, and also helped find a dead possum. Gave advice as to what we could do next. Was a brilliant help. So lovely to talk with. Thank you!

Vik was very prompt to arrive at my house to deal with mice. This is the second time he has helped us over the time and on each visit, he thoroughly investigates the house. He also takes photos of the ceiling for you, so you know what it's like up there. On his first visit, he left lots of bait up in the ceiling and on today's visit, I am happy to confirm that the bait really works. There were quite a few eaten.

Best pest control service I ever had. Had one visit from another company before Vik, was told that I need to cut open ceiling to put biat to roof space. But Vik just jump onto roof top and open fees pieces of tile, and it is done. After just a week we found two dead rats near our water tank. And no scratching nice from ceiling anymore. Fantastic job. Recommended.
