Poor customer service.Recently moved to unit which had the ducted air con installed by Kimy Air and we had some programming issues with it. Called them 3-4 times for service but they kept telling me one of their technicians will contact me which didn't happen for e weeks and finally I found another company to fix the issue.

Installed my aircon, and within 2 years gas leaked completely. Then was told their warranty is only 1 year. Will definitely go with fair trading if they still refuse to show up. I will keep posting here until the issue is sorted.

Walked into their showroom in person to make an appointment for an in-home quote, they no showed me without any notice or apology. Complete waste of time, would not recommend.
