Ordered a Birthday cake from Sunbury to have Happy Birthday name, worst pipping ever seen. Happy Birthday beautifully pipped at main bakery and the name pipoed by what looked like a 2years old. When I complained about the standard thet told me they belives it was a good job., as it was the day of our family member, I had no choi e but to take it. I will never purxhase from Ferguson Plarre again. Disgusting

Incredibly crafted cakesThe best tasting pastry and delicious filling varieties, in there pies and quiches.But my favorite product would have to be their new range of donuts. They've mastered the range of flavors and toppings on the freshest, melt in your mouth donuts.1 more mention... The Vanilla slice and custard tarts are heaven. I've never tasted custard of this standard .

Your delivery driver is parking on Bell st Coburg every morning to deliver to your store, not only is this illegal it's very dangerous as well and someone is going to get seriously hurt or killed one day. It is a no standing zone and it doesn't give him the right to park in such a dangerous spot. Im posting this for future reference if Victoria Police or The Coroner decide to investigate in the event when something does happen.

WATERGARDENS Ferguson Plarre would have to be the worst store you have. There is a lady there in her 50's with died blonde hair. she has worked there for a long period of time. today 19th/ 2/ 2020 she degraded me in front of staff member and customers. SHE HAS DISCUSSTING BEHAVIER. I have watched her do this to other customers in the past.She is still not being reprimanded for her BEHAVIER. What is wrong with you FERGUSON PLARRE employing staff like this. I do know it is franchised. I THINK SHE IS THE OWNER. no one else could get away with the abuse she gives to her customers. SO SO SAD.

What ever happened to Customer service at the store in Chirnside Park, one lovely coffee making Lady worth grabbing a quick coffee with her, BUT her co worker short spiky blond hair has NO personality or friendliness towards customers, arogant,attittude she has, I been a business woman with over 30 yrs in Hospitality and owned 3 businesses in my days, would NEVER have this woman serve.she from my point is Not. A People person. So maybe Ferguson should re consider on who they place in there stores. Just My Advise.

Was disappointed to find out that they put gelatine glaze over the top of there strawberry tarts ,which is made from animal products!
