Not a fan.Terrible service, felt like they were very put out that I wanted to get my nails done rather than a paying customer. Left me sitting there without saying how long I would be waiting, finally someone came over after I asked how much longer the wait would be.The nail technician didn’t smile once or acknowledge me at all even when I politely tried to make conversation.She was rough and left me bleeding in more than one spot. Definitely not a relaxing manicure.Colour turned out quite different to the “colour chart” but they didn’t care at all. Brown stains around the nail from the powder but no attempt to remove and when I questioned was told “you wash”.Went to pay to be told “cash only on weekends” despite no signage saying so, had to go get money out and come back. $50 for SNS and a very quick rough manicure.Lacking any sort of service or friendliness. Plenty of other better salons in Elwood, that are also friendlier, more modern and clean and treat you well as a paying customer!

Terrible!!! Every single thing about them is terrible!!I was walking past the salon and decided to take my acrylic nails off, i thought everyone can do it... But... Even this simple job was too hard for them... And the sad thing- nobody spoke even basic, even simple english... So when i tried to explain-they were rude, hurt me a lot by taking fake nails off, made terrible faces on me... Just really, avoid them!! (((

Anna and her team always do an amazing job

I had my nails done here. I asked for French tip acrylics with shellac. I have several cuts around my nails from the electric file and my nails were burning. The shellac paint job is so dodgy - it’s not straight and doesn’t cover the whole area it should be covering. They are also crooked and bumpy. This terrible job was $75. I have had my nails done elsewhere for a fraction of the cost and a significantly better job.

Easily the worst nail salon I've ever been to. If you're in the area and need to get your nails done, go to Elwood Classy Nails & Spa on Ormond Rd instead. Friendlier staff and much better service.

Please note, that I usually only write glowing reviews as I love supporting local businesses. However, my experience here was so appalling I had to express my discontent and caution future patrons.I was recommended to this nail salon by a friend, she has been going to Jenny for over 13 years and I've only heard good reviews from her.However to my disbelief, the service at Elwood Nails was incredibly rude. As a person from a Vietnamese background I comprehended exactly what the staff were saying to each other. And honestly, the things that I heard was utterly embarrassing. I couldn't believe what the staff were saying to one another. Never have I experienced such disrespect from people who I'm paying a service for. And it was incredibly unfair for the other customers who had no idea what were been said behind their backs.It appear that the staff had a nasty comment to say about every customer that walked through the door, ranging from remarks about a person's physical appearance to sneering about someone's demeanour.I was at the salon with a 14 year old, and the comments said by the staff about her was absolutely disrespectful and made me so uncomfortable that I was nearly rendered to tears. I have never had a more horrible experience in my entire life.So please save yourself the trouble and go to another nail salon, I promise the service will be better than this one.

I honestly feel like the few times I’ve gone in here the staff are sneering at me & other customers. Makes you feel really uncomfortable. The professionalism is really bottom line.

These ladies get my nails perfect every single time. I really love skinny medium-length almond nails and they are my go to. Always feel super happy and thankful as I'm leaving because my nails are all new and pretty, and they have very lovely customer service which makes my day. I used to live in elwood but relocated to Cheltenham a year ago and I still can't beat going here! Highly recommend.

Love this place. Always leave feeling like a million dollars. Great team, very warm and welcoming.
