Amazing experience! Richard and George were more than helpful! They took less time than originally booked in for! They packed all of our items in the truck neatly and secured!Worked from start to finish (very hard workers!)Once they finished, they insisted on setting up our brand new washing machine which helped a lot! And didn’t charge us for it!Very friendly and would recommend Richard and George! They made my first move very easy!Exceeded expectations!

Positives: They showed up nearly on time. They were polite. My things arrived safely. But I have never been so frustrated by a service in my life. I was not told that I would need to pay cash on completion, or that paying by card would carry an exorbitant fee. The removalists’ took the quoted time to load the truck, and drive twenty minutes to my new place. Watching them unload (I didn’t watch them load, I myself had hired a van and was moving smaller things to save time and money), I had to call a friend to help me, and eventually asked them to only move the furniture and white goods I couldn’t carry. The removalists’ were slow, achingly, and casually slow, knowing full well that they had exceeded the quoted two and a half hours. My friend and I moved a chunk of the truck ourselves, whilst paying through the nose for the service (paying by the minute, incidentally). I understand being cautious, and OH&S, but this was ridiculous. And patience is my virtue. Towards the end, with only a fridge and washing machine remaining, they requested payment, which ended up being grossly more expensive than quoted. They would not deliver my white-goods unless paid on the spot. Company policy. Both just stood there, refusing the idea of an invoice and payment plan. Immediate payment, or no fridge and washing machine. Once paid (thank you friend), they delivered my fridge to the middle of the kitchen despite the obvious opening for a fridge, and left my washing machine in the middle of my bathroom, despite the obvious opening for a washing machine. So I ended up moving those in too. Also, don’t pay any heed to the dismantle/reassemble service (unless you want to sign away your first born).

We booked Diana for our recent home move, and the truck arrived over 7 hours later than our booked in arrival time. The removalists with the truck seemed to have no information about the amount of items to move, or even the destination address, despite providing the company with a fully itemised list, and the delivery address well ahead of the moving date. They ended up having to make 2 trips, as they were unable to fit all our items in the truck. We were also overcharged by $100 for the service, and upon trying to contact the company to resolve this issue and get a refund for the overpayment, I have had absolutely zero response. I will never use this company again, and strongly advise against anyone else using them. Not at all worth the extra stress and anxiety caused by the exceedingly poor service.

ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY!! Beware, these positive reviews must not be real. I thought I’d read enough to think they were ok. Pay the slight extra for a professional company. This company owned by “Sima”, started the clock a block away via a phone call to check address location, proceeded to slowwwwly fill truck, both took 10mins total in the toilet to extend the time. When they got to my other house, refused to unload, holding my furniture hostage until we paid the amount they said. Which was not the 108 plus 40 fuel charge quoted, 2hrs min. They had already taken a 100 deposit. I’ve referred them to ACCC and will be doing more to follow up.Sima who took the money via phone would not take/return phone calls or emails after move to resolve the issue.DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

What a disgrace this business" is. Do not trust them. Im unsure of how a business can have either 5 star reviews or 1 star reviews.. My mum (who lives on her own) has just moved a 20 minute drive from her old place. She was quoted 124 and hour plus fuel and told the move should only take 2 to 3 hours. She was told someone would arrive between 2 and 4 and in one truck. The men showed up around 6pm in 2 trucks and took their time loading anything onto the trucks. The house was packed and ready to be loaded. The men literally had to show up

I experienced several issues and a final bill that was more than 2x my original quote.Movers were:- over an hour late with no notification and no timeframe able to be provided on arrival;- very slow to complete the move itself, they double handled everything, unloading at a mid way point in the building and then re-loaded to take to ground; and- i assisted with a large percentage of the smaller items being moved.Because of this I was late to my new building's moving timeframe which further compounded the time taken to get the items up to the apartment.Overall, the move of a one bedroom apartment to a building ~3 streets away took over 5 hours. The company did not accept my complaints as valid and have not agreed to my request for a partial refund to return the service to a market comparable price. At this point I am left feeling like I have been taken advantage of and that the movers purposefully moved slow to increase the time/price.

Hm, where to start with Diana Removals? Before you organise your task with them, they will be more than helpful. As soon as you pay deposit -$100 on your card, the customer service drops automatically as the truck was late for more than an hour, trained" truck guys were just OK

DO NOT USE THESE DODGY BASTARDS. Turned up late, took too long, charged for tolls they never needed to use, charged for packing materials they never asked if we wanted. It cost us 3 times what we were quoted!!! And the tactics they employed when we said the credit card details were at the other house and we needed to go and get them - standing over my elderly mother and myself (I was pregnant, too!) saying everything would have to go back on the truck and we'd be charged for the time it took and for storage and reminding us that the price was going up by the minute. Not to mention that they wouldn't deduct my deposit, saying they had no proof that I'd paid it, but you can't hire the truck without paying it. They called the office" but apparently couldn't confirm that it was paid despite speaking to someone. I asked for the number and they gave me one which rang out. I checked it later and it wasn't the number I had for the office. To get my deposit back I had to email them

We were originally quoted $230 for 2 hours in a 5 tonne truck which we were assured would be more than enough room to move our belongings. Once they were at the house we were told we had too much stuff and they would have to do a second trip which would cost us more money. We agreed to do this as we had no other way of getting our furniture to our new house. Our total bill then came to $493, double what we had been originally quoted. When questioning how the price has increased so much, we were told that it was because we had done a second trip. At no point were we told it would cost more to do a second trip, especially since we were supposed to be paying for the time used for moving not the amount of trips. We were also charged $112 more than we should have for using a 6 tonne truck which we had not requested, nor were we aware that was the size of the truck they used. When trying to rectify this issues, we called Jay and were told to email him instead as he was 'too busy' to assist us over the phone. After waiting 2 days for him to reply to an email we called again and were yelled at by another employee of the company for questioning why we were charged so much more. We were then told we should escalate our issue to someone higher as they could no longer help us, however we were told we would be contacted by the manager days ago and are still yet to be contacted.SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I have never before written a google review. The service from Dianna Removals was, in my view, so disgustingly negligent that I felt a sense of civil obligation to publicly record their duplicitous actions. Personally, I find the sheer greed and unprofessionalism presented by Dianna Removals in their actions as a lewd stain on the very pillars of good faith and common decency that any reputable business would operate on. In my view, this company acts more like a racketeering syndicate than a reputable business. My housemate and I acquired the services of this excuse for a business in order to move a modest number of items between two apartments that lay only approximately three blocks apart in the CBD. Our new building had a timeframe in which we could use a service elevator to bring furniture into our new apartment and we had made it clear on the phone that we had to operate within this timeframe. The drivers proceeded to show up close to 90 minutes late.High quality and experienced removalists make the moving of large objects appear deceptively easy. The removalists from Dianna Removals operated with the professionalism and grace of two unkept and intoxicated uncles struggling to throw an old couch onto a sidewalk. They took an exorbitant amount of time to load our items into their truck, so much so that my housemate and I elected to do a good portion of the heavy lifting to speed up the process. They also made consistent and uncomfortable comments alluding to a sexual relationship between my housemate and I. By the time we had loaded all the large items onto the truck (we made the decision to not load several smaller items due to the fact we were already running grievously overtime) it was already well past the allocated time for the service elevator in the new building, however, with no other options we were able to secure a short extension in order to get some of the larger items into the new apartment. The removalists drove to an incorrect address two suburbs away from our new apartment after we had clearly confirmed the address with them. By the time they got to the new building, it was too late to use the elevator. We had no option but to accept the removalists’ offer to have our items stored in Clayton for two nights and then reloaded onto a truck (at our expense) and brought and unloaded into the new apartment (again, at our own cost). We were then charged a ludicrous amount for that day’s insufficient work (almost three times what we had been quoted). When they came to deliver our property two days later, they were equally as slow, unprofessional and incompetent. When we discussed the option of a reduced payment for this second loading and unloading, what we considered a reasonable question, we were told that our last items would not be unloaded until we paid another exorbitant fee. We refused, asking to speak to a manager (an action neither of us would readily take in normal circumstances). We were then thoroughly stonewalled for close to an hour before receiving an abusive phone call from the manager where I was screamed at and berated. I work in the hospital system and have had psychotic drug users threaten to kill me with a calmer and more polite demeaner than this manager from Dianna Removals. If we did not want to lose our fridge, cupboard and a desk, we had to pay. To my unending frustration, we were forced to yield and were even charged for the delay of waiting for that abusive phone call.I never thought I would be the sort of person to be blatantly incensed by the conduct of a business and its employees. I like to think of myself as a person who sees the best in others. But Dianna Removals acts in sacrament to good faith commerce. I cannot recommend enough that anyone reading this avoids acquiring their services. We ended up paying over $1000 and waiting two days for a job that should have borne a fraction of the cost and time. Do not make the same mistake.
