This is one of the most wonderful catteries I've ever used. Its spotless, well designed, and the owner spares no expense to ensure your feline friend is treated like royalty. She also ADORES cats so they get lots of attention and TLC in your absence. My grumpy old ginger tom normally makes a huge fuss whenever he's removed from home, but he settles right in to Cattingham Palace without complaint. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

It's nice to have cat piece of mind when you go away. Helen always takes great care of our old cat Jett. We get him back in better condition that when we dropped him off. The whole place is clean and tidy, with a good range of air conditioned rooms available. Some of the rooms have windows that the cats can look out at the paddocks next door. I wouldn't take Jett anywhere else. BTW...Helen loves cats.

A very clean well set up cat hotel. Air conditioning essential for this hot weather and caring people to look after their clients. My cat was very comfortable and well cared for, thank you.

Our cat had a great stay and it was good to know she was in a safe and comfortable environment. Helen was very welcoming. We'll be using Cattingham Palace again.

I had to leave Lucy for a week since the first time I got her and I was a complete wreck dropping her off. Helen was amazing! She provided updates of Lucy while I was away and allowed family to go in and check on her. When I picked Lucy up she was completely comfortable and happy in her environment. Helen is the only person I would trust to leave Lucy with for any up and coming trips.
