Optus should think of changing there staff.Wanted to get a phone and sim for my brother and the lady wanted go see bank statement first without showing any option. Absolutely horrible customer service. Attitude of staff towards the customer was disgusting and disrespectful.Will never go back

I have been coming here for quite dome time with on problema until theyost all mt giga byres do to an emplyees mistaje and the manager took absolutely no responsibility for it...thank goodness for optus customer service that at least helped get half my giga bytes back...VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK

Took well over an hour for a simple job. Then they didn't have a 4G modem in stock. Today I discovered that they failed to order the modem I have been waiting on for more than a week.

I visited the store 5 times in 1 week and they did not help me. my cell phone is faulty and they have made me come every day because everyone says different things. The staff didn't help, the people in charge didn't care. The manager's name was Sofia and the next day the other manager's name was Andriou. this is all unacceptable. I will not buy anything from this company again, I have been disappointed countless times!THE REALLY MUST CHANGE THE STAFF!!!!

Brilliant service today at Optus Hurstville. From our initial enquiry our sales assistant Ada was helpful, new her products, answered every question we had and was incredibly patient and polite. The store is comfortable and modern too. Thanks Ada and team.

it there was a score less than 1 I would add this. the customer service is terrible- I have made multiple calls to the Optus help desk as I have multiple internet drop outs and requested a New Modem. Andrew the Manager was useless and doesn't have any customer service skills. If a customer has concerns and wants help...his answer was sorry we can not help....Use your customer service skill if you have any and put your self in the customer shoes and ask your self.......How can I resolve your problem and go above and beyond your call to help.....but NOOOOO I can not help and go away. Great Service. I will be disconnecting my service with Optus and going to some one how puts the Customer First
