Liebeke Builders sent 3 different assessor’s to my property & told me one thing & that was a lie, in the quoted assessment they missed several items & missed quoting costs for several big jobs that they couldn’t do. The insurance company then used their quote to offer me a settlement for the total costs in the quote but obviously it was missing things & when I tried to contact Liebeke they wanted nothing to do with it & said not to contact them but the insurance company. The insurance company said the items I wanted to claim weren’t on the quote Liebeke submitted so I was back to square 1 after 9 months waiting for Liebeke to repair my house. They fully stripped my property so it isn’t able to be occupied & now won’t fix anything & won’t fix their quote to add the other costs & items they originally missed. Both parties as in the insurance company & Builders say the other is to blame & im left with no house an a settlement figure that isn’t going to able me to repair my property & soon enough I will be homeless.

Save your time and do not use these guys as the work is not professionally done, the finish and the process was a waste of time and will never use these guys again. I have nail exposed and they just painted over it. Poor quality, Poor workmanship, Poor communication.

I recently had some work done as part of an insurance claim. The quality of work, professionalism, communication (which is unusual) and tidiness were second to none. My wife and I are extremely happy with the finished product. As a small business owner I appreciate how important reviews are and am surprised to see you don't have more. Keep up the great work!

Trust worthy, honest and extremely professional

Our insurance company allocated our claim repairs to Jake and his team. I was worried after having dealt with dodgy rough tradespeople in the past but we were so impressed with the work, communication and professionalism with these guys but also grateful to them going the extra mile for us. Highly recommended.

Our house in Springfield was damaged in the Halloween hail storm. Liebke builders oversaw the make safe temporary repairs and responded immediately, with further make safe reinforcement when three ceilings collapsed. We dealt with Jake Liebke, who addressed our concerns and selected multiple sub contractors. Liebke carpenters were polite fast and professional. The ceiling and plastering work standard is excellent. With so many trades involved, some things weren’t quite right, but Jake always listened, assessed the situation and resolved the issue quickly. Mutual respect played an important part with our relationship with Liebke. Our house is safe and leak free, we recommend Liebke builders.

We were fortunate enough to be allocated Liebke Builders with our recent insurance claim. Our house was severely damaged in a hail storm, and we were made to feel like a priority by the builders. Communication was frequent, builders and sub contractors were all very polite, and the work was all done to a standard that we are happy about. The scope of work provided in the beginning was thorough, and completed much faster than we anticipated. We have not been made to feel in the way or a hassle; any questions were answered quickly; and updates were delivered often. We have also been reassured that if we have any concerns that may occur in the future to contact them directly, which gives us peace of mind. During a horrible time in our lives, this side of the entire insurance process was seamless and stress free. We are so grateful to have been looked after in such a way during such an otherwise stressful time. Thank you for all of your hard work and continual communication.

As most reviews show the focus is insurance work. Don't bother even asking for a quote if you are a private consumer looking for a kitchen/bathroom renovation. After 3 months & multiple follow ups all I got was a 1 paragraph statement saying We can estimate approximately $60
